Wow, thanks! I'm very lucky to have found that overlay that makes the red flashes. The first time I used it was in the Halloween vid, and I've been itching to use it ever since! That was part of the reason I picked this part of the MEP.
Yeah, I think oxymoronic is right there. To be honest, the moment I listened to this part alone, I knew I wanted this scene from Spirit and to have that ending.

Wow, that was a fast wild ride!! Such amazing quick flashes (the red thingy). I just really really love that quick overlay at 0:16!
"Power" starting with 0:11 with the power trip of the humans creating all that madness in their world.
Me and you at 0:17 is a great ending plus the simply beautiful oxymoronic (I hope I got the term right) touch in "there's nothing we can do" where they tried to survive the waterfall yet fell down anyway. Spectacular ending!! Indeed, YOU are the horse girl :)

Thanks! I love Spirit, too...the first horse I ever loved, LOL! (I didn't have Jetta when the movie first came out.) But yeah, this was my favorite Dreamworks movie for years!

Thank you! Yeah, I know I stretched some of the lyrics there, but for some reason, the moment I heard the song, I pictured this scene from Spirit with these lyrics. I don't know why. I mean, I had my choice of Hiccup, Jack Frost, anyone (everyone except Toothless, that is). ;) But Spirit just felt like the one, so I grabbed him. Not surprising, really. Up until HTTYD, Spirit was my favorite Dreamworks movie.
Yup, those flashes were an overlay! Good eye!

OMG WOW. Great AWESOME work as always. I noticed you used coloured overlays in place of flashes... good call! With a piece as rapid as this, constant flashing might be a little too heavy. I really don't have much else to say... just great job!

Yup, I chose Spirit! =D Up until HTTYD, Spirit was my favorite DreamWorks movie! I love that horse! I'm actually kind of surprised that this is only my third Spirit video to date. (One of them was deleted for copyright reasons.)

Thanks! Yeah, the flashing would have been too heavy, and even if it wasn't, we were asked not to do too much on the constant black flashes, anyway, after the last MEP. The overlay seemed like a good medium.

Haha! Thanks! You should have seen me when this movie first came out. I was SO in love with it.
Except...they gave the horses eyebrows. I mean, I know why they did that, but it still freaked me out a little. Horses don't have eyebrows.
Eh, whatever, I still love this horse to death. You know Spirit got me into mustangs, which made me look up mustang history, which got me into breed histories? So my Horse Breed vids...thank Spirit. ;)
