I am sorry but let's not generalise the thing. I myself being a bank staff I am saying most of the times I take my lunch after 2.30 .people will come exact on 1.59 knowing that it will take time but they insist us to go after finishing their work. in the mean time 2 3 more customers come n do the same
That's also not right . According to rbi there is no lunch time and 1 shound not be kept waiting but then in most of the branches there is severe staff shortage
So it's very hard to please all
