You have a very pleasant way of speaking. Your food of course is very healthy.
I am an Indian, I’m a vegetarian, I donot eat breakfast because of my intermittent fasting.
For lunch I eat rice or finger-millet with a vegetable sambar, butter-milk, raw-veggies salad and a few nuts.

I do consume coffee or tea in late noon.

For dinner I eat wheat roti

I'm an Iranian living in German, all the food you showed here looks tasty to me! I normally just drink a cup of coffee in the morning, have something with rice and vegetables for lunch (sometimes it may have meat, but not always) and then for dinner I have something light like soup, or a big bowl of salad or sometimes just fruits. And I also drink several pots of herbal tea during the day. But I do like trying new foods and make new dishes on my days off or when I go to restaurant.

We eat idly, dosa, puri for breakfast in south India and mostly rice, cooked veggies, chicken /mutton for lunch and roti/rice with cooked vegetables, paneer(made from milk) or meat for dinner 😅 I am so impressed with the food and your living style in yakutia.
