Doc Rivers is probably one of the most overrated coaches ever. Other than the 2008 Celtics title, his teams have a history of struggling to close out playoff games and playoff series.

I remember when he was with the Celtics and everyone thought he was a genius because he had 3 HOF players in their prime and a rookie allstar in rondo and took them to the finals twice and won one in a 7 year span.

its not just the 3-1 series leads, he's also blown THREE 3-2 series leads. hes basically the LEAST clutch coach in playoff history. his excuses about his teams not being as good or whatever doesnt make sense bc they were good enough to get up 3-1 or 3-2. most of his teams have been loaded with talent and superstars. his teams underachieve bc of him.

Doc was made to look better than he is by having Rondo, KG, Ray, Truth, Blake, Embiid, CP3, but when injuries happen like KG in 09 or Perk in 2010 game 7 in the finals he can't adjust.
