There is a trick to minimize bubble. You are doing everything perfect, just withdraw slowly. Syringe manufacturer should tell you where the plunger tip should be to match the graduation of correct dose.

What if the medication in the vial is one that can be drawn again and again till it is finished? Would pulling the plunger back and introducing air into the vial be a bad idea? 💖

. if the package says to reconstitute the powder form with 2mL of saline and the dr.orders says to administer 5 ml of drug volume do you use to put the air in the vial?
