Guys I just wanted to say that personally I think most people should start skincare and makeup when they r beginning puberty but younger then that it’s okay to use some skincare that would make ur skin smooth or lip balm/lip gloss and yes I liked my own comment:>

ok my opinion but i think ur supposed to use toner serum then moisturizer so it works i do that and then it actually does stuff to my skin so i recommend!🙃

Im 13 and this is what i do..
Clean face with water, moisturiser, primer, foundation, concealer, contour, blush, powder, eyebrow pomade, mascara/falsies and lipgloss

I just use Water, Toner, Moisturizer, and a Jade Roller!
For my eyelashes I use Castor oil at night and soft black mascara when I feel like it!
I also use Sugar Lip treatment in the color Rosé by fresh (I think)
Also the moisturizer I use is Mad Hippie’s face cream!
