For milk mixture
1 cups of Evaporated milk
2 cups of Milk
3/4 cup milk
1 small stick of Cinnamon
1 Bay leaf (optional)
500g Madeira/ vanilla cake
2 cups of whipping cream
1/3 cup icing sugar
P.s pour only 1/3 if the milk mixture and save up 1/2 a cup to pour onto the slices when serving..
And it tastes best then chilled.
