This was recorded in December of 62, so its Ringo playing the drums. Also, you can notice that its him because of this crazy ending (and other things). It's exactly the same thing he did in the record and in their live appearances, like in the Washington Coliseum show, in 64. Search for the video The Beatles - Long Tall Sally (Ringo Starr). And there are still some idiots saying that he was a bad drummer who just had a huge amount of luck. Man, how can someone say that after hearing this and, for an example, "I'm gonna sit right down and cry"? And to imagine that ringo was playing like that in 62! What a revolutionary rock drummer! I say that he was lucky to find the other three just like they were to find him! Ringo Starr was the best rock drummer in the 60's
