Once submit is pressed, does it send a form in an email to our chosen business email? I'm looking to move from caldera but like how caldera performed

I am thinking of using Gravity Forms to capture a number of user responses and then generate a Word document based on their inputs. Users can then further edit the generated Word document to suit their needs. I intend to charge a fee before users can export their responses into the Word document. Can this be done using Gravity Forms? Thanks
