Loretto Announcement

It has been a great 19 years developing the Golf Academy at Loretto and I have really enjoyed working with and watching the success of all the golfers over the years, winning 13 British Schools Titles and following the individual’s as they won National Championships, represented their country and progressed to play College golf.

It has been a great opportunity and challenge to build a golf development pathway within a school, implementing coaching programs, tournaments, overseas trips and designing and developing the schools facilities.

All good things come to an end and I am excited to start a new challenge developing Rick Valentine Golf Schools focusing on coaching and mentoring programs for junior and youth golfers, development camps both in the UK and around the world, education recruitment for golfers and working with schools to launch their own programs.

Congratulations to the OLGS Team defending their Halford Hewitt title, it’s great to see so many former Golf Academy pupils competing, I am very excited for my final term where we have another brilliant team and I look forward to working with the players as they look to add to the schools tally of National Titles.
