Me and my boyfriend are both from South Africa and have been dating for 2 years now, we are in our last year of school and really really want to work on a cruise ship, but together, we don't want to get separated :( Do you guys have any tips? Anything from how will I build experience to get a job on the cruise ships, what cruise line would you guys reccomend, how to apply and how do we request sharing a cabin?

You two make me jealous. Good for YOU! The way I figured out how to travel around was to become a "professional student" for many years. I'm truly enjoying your tour of Sicily. The "reverse culture shock" video is spot-on! I am a dual citizen, born in US but acquired Irish citizenship, too. But instead of Ireland, my wife and I ended up most recently in Oahu. And I hope never to leave the banyan trees and palms, ever again.
