Most Embarrassing Job Interview / Worst Job Interview

Here’s a little story about one of Penn’s most embarrassing moments, which also happens to be one of the world’s worst job interviews. Do you think Diane will forgive him?

This is definitely something that would happen to me. I have turned so many great interviews into a train wreck. 😂 I’m your case, I’m so inspired by the way you turned this around. And your children get both their parents home, open space outside of NYC, and lots of laughter. What a blessing.

But if you had gotten the job you would be a different person now.

You’d still be working for other people, living life the ways others dictate instead of mapping your own life freely, with your own business the way you have the freedom to do now.

And I would bet your kids would be growing up with a dad too busy with work to spend much time with them.

AND we wouldn’t have all the joy you bring us from your videos.

But you know all this.

We love you. We are glad you didn’t get the job. Keep the great stuff coming!

But while the interview was wrapping up, they asked if I had any questions, and I asked, "What's your average day, working for [OTHER company that I have an interview scheduled with]

So Sorry you didn't make the Network, but that was hilarious. I was in TV & Radio News and had dreams of being the next Barbara Walters. That dream faded when after a great package.. I went to the News Director to see what he thought and he said, "Next time use more hair spray". Yeah.. I was bummed! I stayed in news for about 6-more years. Now I'm a voice over talent and much happier. :)

Oh poor Penn but that had me cracking up haha. I’ve definitely had a few crappy job interviews as well. Once I had one over the phone and when I failed to answer her question twice I just hung up and blocked her 😅

Kim just cringed when Penn said he called her Barbara instead of Diane lol Totally lost it at Kim saying "whatever we are doing now" lol You are a youtube sensation, that's what this is!!! While it was embarrassing for Penn, we who love your family are grateful that it lead you to this. You keep us laughing all the time & we enjoy seeing your family adventures or mess ups lol
