Rockdale County officials give update on BioLab incident

Rockdale County officials will provide an update Thursday on the recent BioLab incident.

According to a news release sent out by the county, Unified Command will address the media and provide critical information on cleanup efforts, the shelter-in-place order and environmental monitoring.

So, there is no plan to sancion biolab on a regulatory or criminal basis. Any restitution for those impacted will have to come from civil action.
