This is perfect for me! I've had a bandsaw for years now and made a hundred crap bandsaw boxes.. I've been wanting to practice carving sculptures with my dremel tool and this is the perfect project! You even included a basset! I can make a figure of my baby booooy..
He passed away 2 months ago and this can be therapeutic for me.

In the shop we tend to get comfortable to a point I thought I could cheat the inevitable until my hand came too close to the blade while cutting a piece of wood, then ouch ! that hurt. I’ve learned short cuts are not worth losing a finger or a hand around power tools. Thanks for the vid.

No chisels, no dremel tool, just a bandsaw. Amazingly simple and useful for other projects!

sweet nicely done. The bandsaw is my favorite tool and can do just about anything I need cut. From wood to acrylic and all in between. The only down side if you can call it that is the dam blade changes.
