Let me say this I have looked all over YouTube for videos to help me set up my mighty mule and none of them help me in setting up to me I feel like they were trying to hurry though it or they edit some of it out. But when I came across your videos it’s like you were right there next to me showing me how you did your own! I would watch it and if I didn’t feel right could just back it up and watch it again! Thanks so much

Do you have a part 3 for those who have issue like myself who run into problems with this thing running the battery down? Yours probably is running off power from the house and not solar like mine. This thing runs the battery down. I'm going to adjust the power setting and see if that helps.

19:00 will the app only work when you are connected to same wifi or can you open gate while on the road miles away? (using cellular)

I went through much of the same rigmarole that you did getting the MMS100 set up. (except I didn't video my efforts--congrats for doing that; I'm sure it helped a lot of folks). One question: Do you know what the RESET button does? I can't find it anywhere in the documentation. I don't want to try pressing it because I don't want to start all over on the pairing process 🙂

How do you set the auto close function mine closes then opens itself back up

This is a pain in the butt to set up but your video is certainly helpful. My problem now is: adjust the open & close on the gate. I keep getting an error message about an obstruction. So I called MM and they had me remove the pin from the arm on the gate which has now presented me with an even bigger problem. You adjust the open/close distance on the control box and not the arm - is that correct? MM technicians gave me bad info.

Mine keeps saying it belongs to someone else need to factory reset
