Γρύλος τι πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε Hydraulic jack: what to know

Показать описание
Υπάρχουν και γρύλοι που είναι για πλάγια θέση σας ευχαριστώ
A friend brough me a hydraulic jack he had lying around, and it was almost empty of oil. Probably he had it lying flat, and the oil run out. So in this video I'll show you how you can fill up your hydraulic jack with fluid, and bleed the air out of it.
You just need to lay it down horizontaly, with the bleed screw upwards, remove the screw and the sealing ring, and you can fill up with oil from that point.
Be careful not to lose the ball valve inside.
Fill slowly with fluid while at the same time pull gently the piston outwards, so that the cylinder is slowly filled with oil. The trick is to not let air get into the cylinder. And if air does get inside, you can just push back the piston slowly, and observe the bubbles comming out of the opening. That's how you bleed the air out of the cylinder. And that's how you fill it up with oil.
You can use simple automotive oil, like a 5W-30, or better yet, fill it up with a proper hydraulic oil.
And job done.
The jack will work perfecty afterwards. Just be careful not to store it lying flat, but in an upright position.
Thank you very much for watching and for all your support,
