Need a hand to hold those parts while welding? Welding small parts that you can't clamp down because the clamp itself gets in the way? I show you how to make a 3rd hand in this episode to solve these problems.

Thank you so much Hislip! You made my first smile today. I will definitely make one such nerdy hand number three. And thank you for sharing - I will I could like it 1k times

2 flaws in this design:
1: You made it universal by making everything removable, so you can attach different hooks right? Look at the bolt under the jack sparrow hook you welded, there is no way that's coming out unless you cut the bar off of course. Then there is the limit of the jaw opening on a 6" spring clamp, but it's ok since you won't be using this for big stuff.
2: This one is the reason I kinda don't want to make it. It relies on metal (magnets) so on a wooden bench / cement it's useless trying to hold 2 pieces together. I do recognize how superior is to mount it sideways or underneath a car to hold a tab that you can weld etc...
