Aspire - The Young Women Leadership Summit - Full Event

Aspire - The Young Women Leadership Summit was born from my curiosity to learn what it takes for women leaders to be successful and further, what can young women do now to prepare themself to become impactful leaders as they grow.

I dedicated my 2023 summer to begin pursuing these questions by conducting approximately 25 personal interviews with a variety of accomplished women from a mix of backgrounds and disciplines. In addition, I consumed over 25 books and articles written by notable women on the subject of leadership.

Not only have I begun implementing the lessons I learned this summer into my own leadership positions, but Aspire allowed me to share what I learned this summer with other aspiring young women leaders.
