Setting the clock must be the best kept secret. I wonder, do I get a prize if I figure it out in my own?

The problem is and I'm not the only one is that it has a 1 year warranty and in 18 months the slow burn fuse goes out and you have to take the entire microwave apart just to change the fuse ! There is a YouTube on this one !

Is this powerful enough for cooking on front burners on the stove? Stir frying, frying etc. Can this thing suck up all the smoke?

Do you have to vent it out like a regular range hood?

I cant find any video that shows how the venting is done for a wall vent it doesn't give proper instructions.

The template sucks. The screw hole tab broke off and didn't match the holes on the microwave what a head ache. Please just ad a paper templete for the top.

It is too high up and sticks out way too far! It is 2” deeper than my older, regular size one. This unit has soured me on whirlpool products. I am going to have to replace it with something else. Wish I could get my money back…VERY AWKWARD! To add, none of the previous holes matched up to this unit. Really!!!

Hello, I have an Elderly Lady who has had this Micro since last August, she has no clue on how to operate this unit and asked my Wife for help. The Manual for a 80 year old women is totally useless. I have the book and agree it was completely a waste, and on you tube it also fails to show complete operating instructions walking way one through any of it. If it were me I would have returned this thing the same day but she has had it to long to do so. Now I have to be the good neighbor and go to her house and try figuring it all out and in the hopes I can possibly show her how to finally use this unit. Definetely an Item Most should not buy as a gift or to elderly people! No star for rating!

Replacing the bulb on the underside of the unit, is pretty complicated..I would like to bring this piece of shit back.We also had a whirlpool gas range that we couldn’t get a part for so had to buy another range, you think I would have learned to stay away from whirlpool products.Well I have now.Never again will I buy whirlpool.Still have not replaced the bulb, I bet you can’t even buy one to fit the damn thing. My rant..Do Not Buy Anything Whirlpool.

I won’t buy Whirlpool again. Purchased this $500 Whirlpool microwave-range hood about 15 months ago. It died a few days ago after minimal use in a one person household.

Had to take the entire microwave down, remove the entire outer casing just to get to a fuse that should have easier access. Every other microwave fuse can be accessed removing the top/front panel. Very poor design.

Installed a new fuse but it’s not JUST the fuse. Of course it just went out of warranty. Cost of appliance repair and parts will be more than the microwave is worth.

Thanks, Whirlpool, for an appealing outside design that appeals to people with limited counter space. Too bad the low grade parts where used where it matters most to consumers. The product should be designed to operate/work/heat my coffee longer than, just, 15 months.

I can recommend this product if you “JUST” want a high priced storage box over your stove. Clock display not working included.
