USA calling anyone a war criminal is like OJ “looking for the real killer.”

Question: If the Iraq war was looked at from Iraq's perspective, would Bush #2/Cheney be considered 'war criminals'?

It would be funny, coming from the guy who personally flew over to Kiev dozens of times, to use billions of dollars of US taxpayers money get the Ukrainian prosecutor fired, who was in charge of investigating hundreds of murders during the Maidan revolution.. i'm sure that got nothing to do with the bodies in Bucha.. i said its funny, but the audacity is actually outrageous.
I mean, I get that the Russians interested in Kiev, considering it was the previous capital of Russia.. but what business does US vice president have to be so afraid of the investigations of murders in Ukraine. and how should it look like to Russia?
