Anyone who is genuinely interested in fashion and it's meaning as a form of expression and art need to stop describing it as "gay". It's completely inarticulate and ignorant.

This is a new Gucci. Gucci was in serious need of resuscitation, and while Frida made pretty clothes, nothing was memorable. This, is memorable. I caution anyone to dismiss this, because it could foretell a in depth rehash of literal 70s inspired dress, mixed with 60's undertones, which underlines a mood towards social change, as seen in those important years. Since Tom Ford left Gucci, the brand has been relatively safe and I think this is just what it needs to start making waves again. Hate it or love it, it creates emotion and that's the point.

Dream Piece came to mind when I started viewing this collection. It must have come straight out of someone's dream. A yearning for a past long forgotten. The past behaving as the future. I couldn't help but see influences from everyday items whether that be the interior of a hotel or the stuff you'd find in a convenience store.

I think this collection is good. I really like the shoes the model is wearing at 5.20 mins into the video. The clothes for the most part for me are more wearable then the 2019/2020 runway collection.

I think Alessandro is really creative and talented as designer but I think someone has to tell him to don't forget the real essence of Gucci.
And what is all this hate about Frida? to me, she has a sleek, beautiful and awesome vision of a Gucci men/women, I admire her and is the best Gucci could have, there designs where beautiful and unique and I cry when she leaves the house.

I don't know about anyone else but I believe Gucci nailed this season perfectly i've seen so much monochromatic colors designed for a season that is so vibrant and full of color and to me this collection is celebrating it. Just the depth of the colors to me are absolutely breathtaking and the intricate botanical patterns are incredible. For some of these if you just edit out the crazy collars and tapper down the pants a bit you'd have something very wearable on the street. Everybody has to keep in mind that a lot of this shit doesn't even make it in the collection this is just showing the buyers how much they can do and then with feedback they eventually edit out a lot of the real out there stuff and what is left is a very wearable look but in general I don't think there is going to be a way this season for guys not to embrace there more feminine side this season

Hot ticket in Milan Fashion Week. The weido- dreamy looks have embraced all the accessories which are main cash of Gucci. The belts, the bags, the shoes look precious. Just keep the clothes for editorial, Gucci will steal the coverage all over the press.
