If they are only showing post Pat Cummins takeover of the team, then there isn't a whole lot of stuff to talk about. I guess the biggest thing of interest will be Langer's departure as coach. Because apart from that, Aus have had a very successful run, with massive victory at Ashes, victory in Pak, T20 WC win etc...

The viewership of the 1st season was sky high because of the BGT and the competitive Ashes in England. If there is no BGT 2020-21 in this season then you are not getting viewers considering how one sided the Ashes was.

For everyone asking, I am not sure but most likely The "Border Gavaskar Trophy" was not filmed because of covid restrictions.

In all honesty, this season won’t be nearly as fun because Aus haven’t had any huge cricketing downs since the BG trophy. They won the Ashes easily, won in Pak, won the T20 WC. So there isn’t much drama in the narrative.
