No morepheus is pretty bad move if that’s really the truth, agent smith I can see since I mean he did die but Morpheus can still be used easily. Neo Trinity and Morpheus are essentially the three musketeers of the matrix.

It’s like shooting the Friends Reunion without Rachel and Joey. Ain’t gonna work. On the flip side, Yes, Matrix is a plot-first, not character-first drama, but without Agent Smith and Morpheus, the plot will weaken.
