Helpful Video. Thanks. Is there any way that if you create a bounded app script with a spreadsheet and you share that spreadsheet with another user, so that he could use the functionality of the script in that shared spreadsheet but NOT BE ABLE to see the app script at all? Just because if you try to do it, the other user can still see your code by opening his App Script. So it there any way to hide the script but still useable for the other user? Thanks again

Thank you for the info. I have a problem with my bound script. I created the script and a menu like the one you show here. However, an error comes up if other users whom have access to edit the spreadsheet want to use that menu item. Do you know how to solve it?

Thank you for your videos! They are very helpful. I wonder if you can help me with an issue: my organization uses templates. We have a simple template for meetings. I created my own copy of this template and wrote a bound code that simply duplicates the relevant table and inserts it at the top of the document along with a custom menu to run the script anytime I want to generate a new table for a new meeting. I attempted to upload this new version of the template with the bound code as a new template, but when I click on this new template the new document doesn't include the script. When I go back to the template gallery and select "edit" the underlying document still possesses the bound script. If I select "Make a Copy" I am warned that the script will be duplicated in the copy I make -- so I'm confused as to why this kind of functionality doesn't occur when selecting the template as the method of creating a copy. Is there any way to create documents with bound scripts that other users in the org can duplicate through the templates gallery so that they too have access to the functionality of the script? Thank you so much for any insights!
