I have fully installed, reinstalled, and these prompts confirmed that it is there, and then I try to run import numpy, and same crap. I am so frustrated, and I thought you did the best job. Every time I start trying to program, something like this gets in my way, and I think it is a sign. However, I pushed through, and I found that in the menus of PyCharm a button that says "Python Packages." That was the key when all else failed.

I tried both "pip3 install numpy" and "pip install numpy" and neither one worked for me.
