Hey Steve, as a Brazilian guy I can tell you that I am proud of your creativity and results getting the picanha done with the rotisserie. This is one of the best BBQ cuts you can have without spending a fortune. The challenge for me is to explain to butchers how to cut it. Normally they cut differently plus they remove the fat which is the key ingredient (along the corse salt)
The beauty of the picanha falls into its simplicity of achieving awesomeness with only salt !
