I think RT would be a great counter to him: he outranges him, he is not as squishy as other snipers and he can deal massive damage up close

Moe's movement looks like absolute insanity

8000 damage for super, instant mode switch unlike Bonnie, gets his mode switch as soon as he supers, has a dash that goes through walls, can go under walls with dash, and has an sp that makes it faster (although bugged).

If he wants to finish off a brawler out of range then he can super - mode swap - attack them, and he can dash before mode swapping if the target is behind a wall. Not to mention, he can pop gadget after he mode swaps to charge his next super off of the guy he finishes off easier.

His skill cap's gonna be INSANE

(Edit) Since I'm already here, imma start brainstorming other stuff he could do

Since he's out of endlag the moment he ends his dash, he can super, gadget to position himself below the enemy, mode swap, and deal max damage with main attack. Since the dash knocks people upwards, he won't be interfering with the combo by using it. This will be doing 6.6k damage if I'm right and he manages to land it, and it could have some use due to him getting 3000/8000 damage required to charge a super.

Against brawlers with good aggro denial, he can easily mix up his movement in order to clap back. Let's say he gets hit with an Emz gadget for example. Moe tried to dash to her, but she dodged it and gadgeted him when he tried to approach. Moe can dash in her direction, and then mode swap because she could super and mow him down if he didn't do anything else. This allows him to pelt her with rocks, inching into her more vulnerable range thanks to the distance he gains with the dash.

He could have a second and third brawl ball trick, both involving the gadget dash. Similar to how Stu does it, he can bounce the ball off a wall in the direction he's about to dash, dash into his desired wall, and then get a score. The third trick is one of more high execution tricks, because it involves multiple fast movements/inputs in order to work. Moe can do the universal pass - superdash trick to get to a spot where he wants to do the gadget trick. Then he can do the gadget trick to get even closer to the goal, leading to a score.

He could have a trick involving his main attack. Since most of the projectiles come out of the it's sides, he can aim to the left/right side of his enemies rather than right on top of them in order to deal lots of damage.
