It’s the best family ride that I’ve experienced so far.

It is definitely great for what it is. I wish I could have ridden a cool themed family coaster like this when I was a kid.

I find it best in the front. The kids love this ride.

I would expect some airtime at least in some rows, e.g. mine train at Great Adventure, Backlot front row. Does it do that?

It's definitely one of the most unique roller coasters that I've personally ridden because of its theming throughout the course, and it's backwards launch two thirds through the course. I just don't get why the line is so long as it does operate with multiple trains. Thankfully, it broke down later in the day, so it was a walk on for me when it reopened.

For me, I'm not much of a fan of roller coasters in general; I like gentle rides more than intense ones.

I've only ridden two coasters so far in my life; Mad Mouse at Michigan's Adventure, and Whistle Punk Chaser at Dollywood. Mad Mouse left a terrible first impression on me, due to its sharp and flat turns and quite sudden drops, but Whistle Punk Chaser was easier for me to handle.

I think family and junior coasters would be my limit for roller coaster rides though, because I don't like going super fast or upside down. I just want a ride that's focused on being fun, with some gentle hills and turns, slow speeds, low heights, and no loops or other parts that I would feel scared about.

Fun Fact: Herschend Family Entertainment Creative Studios utilized History Channel's American Pickers show to collect some of the gas and oil and firefighting memorabilia. Just genius marketing as the very popular shows final segment features HFE's senior art director giving two of the shows supporting characters a tour of the ride and introduces them to Dolly. If anyone is interested in looking it up, it's American Pickers S11: E11, titled "Mad as a Picker." The show originally aired two months after FireChaser Express opened.

This is a model of how family coasters should be

Mystery mine actually has a significantly better capacity than this (it pulls 1, 000pph according to Gerstlauer), just saying. It's just that Mystery Mine is more popular.

I will never understand the logistics of coasters like this and Switchback 😂
