The Banelli Brothers - Orpheus and Eurydice

Показать описание
ORPHEUS AND EURYDICE
The church bells ringing
but Orpheus is furious cause Eagro is late
while Calliope laughing with others nymphs
Imeneo says “ the bride is here!”
and tell to Orpheus “ shall we?”
He was still furious but says “ let’s do this!”
Eurydice slowly comin into the church
with a shinny white dress
the bridemaids throws the petals of roses
the sound of lyre filled the church
Everybody is happy, everybody is smiling
this seems a novel romance without villain
but every rose has thorns of pain
it’s late April when some dryads
getting ready a party
and someone in the woods screams
“the beekeeper is coming!”
Aristeus was too jealous to Eurydice
now she’s dead
Orpheus how do you feel?
You look so sad
Orpheus plays a love song
in the front of Hades
Charon stopped rowing
and sit on the boat
the river change colour
someone dancing a lento
the damded souls cries for their failures
from the balconies of the Afterlife
adulterous girls look out without bra
Eurydice recognized
the sound of love, the sound of freedom
Queen Persephone says to the King
“this guy outside is so talented!”
the king understood that this was a request
from a different prisoner
so the king and the queen
broke the Kingdom’s rules
and accept this man who plays in the name of love
now Hermes brings Eurydice
like a dad in the wedding towards his groom
but every rose has a thorn of pain
Orpheus made a promise
he can’t see her wife
when the doubt overtake the trust
this mean that love it’s just a spark
Orpheus plays a requiem in C minor
the harpies cries like babies
the mountains become hills
the nymphs are dressed in the mourning
the leafs fall down from the trees
down the Ebro river
Orpheus plays his last serenade
He said “I’m stupid,I’m silly,I’m asshole,I’m vicious,
I’m idiot,I’m liar,I’m coward,I’m a disaster
I’m fragile and unfaithful,I’m naive,I’m a loser,
I’m a killer because
I lost Eurydice
and I know it’s my blame
I miss you Eurydice
and now I can’t play anything
I miss you Eurydice”
