The sad thing, for me, is that I didn’t know Common and his producers used Bobby Calwell as the hook until this goddamn year. I never ever heard this song from Caldwell other than “what you won’t do for love.” I always thought it was a woman singing this hook since Common dropped this. That is sad. I need to get right with the music game. Caldwell is a legend. And now I’m hearing he had some stuff on Biggie’s track. Kill me now. 😂
