Meaning:
A therian is a person that identifies non-physically as an non-human animal due to involentary animalistic experiences with the full understanding they are human.

Shifts:
There are a few different types of shifts, a dream shift, a phantom shift, and a normal aka mental shift. A dream shift happens in your dreams, it is when you have a dream of being in the body of an animal aka your theriotype(s). A phantom shift is when you feel the limbs of your theriotype(s) on your body even though they are not there and sometimes it gets so bad that you can swear it's there. And finally, a normal shift, this is where basically you feel more like an animal than human!

Theriotype(s) :
Your theriotype(s) are the animal(s) that match your urges/behaviors, phantom limbs, shifts, dream shifts. As well as the animal that a therian identifies as.

(Quads) Quadrobics:
Quads are just moving around on all fours (depending on what your theriotype(s) is) like an animal. Quads is a form of exercise too, as well as a sport. Quads include walking, running, trotting, jumping, etc.

Behaviors/urges:
Sometimes therians randomly experience Behaviors or urges to do something like their theriotype(s) Some examples of urges are the urge to hunt, howl, growl, hiss, bite, etc. Some behaviors are basically just something a animal (your theriotype) would do but instead you are experiencing it in which you cannot control.

Gear:
Gear is ears, tails, masks, paws, etc. Some therians wear these to connect with their theriotype and/or express themselves (:

Vocals:
Vocals is making the noise of your theriotype(s), for example, growling, howling, hissing, meowing, etc. Vocals are different than behaviors and urges because you can control vocals and practice them whenever you want. Behaviors and urges are something that therians can't control.
