This is such an underrated show. I keep forgetting how short the show is with a total of 26 episodes it feels like its 10 seasons long because there's never a dull moment something huge is always happening. I'm going to have to binge this again.

I really feel that this series deserves much more, it is extremely underrated in terms of popularity despite being well constructed and adapted from books, it may not be that flashy, but the plot and oh my god the fights are so epic. Fantastic job, I really want at least 2 more seasons :D

I'm excited to see Edward become king. For all the credit Alfred gets, it was his son who destroyed the Danes in southern England and paved the way for the Kingdom of England.

I really hope this season doesn't feel lackluster now that Alfred is dead. Alfred was such a Great character. His love/hate relationship with Uthred is ine of the best in a tv series. Or was it more a hate/need relationship.

I don’t even like back in times shows but I was told to try this and now I feel like there’s never going to be anything as good as this ever again after watching. The episode when he was a slave and on the ship was so dark and depressing I had to tell myself it’s not real. Absolutely astonishing show.
