Prevent Serious Injuries After 50!

Serious injuries to adults, such as torn muscles/tendons/ligaments, usually occur when we have to perform a dynamic/sudden movement that our bodies are not use to. Perfect example, is a weekend warrior playing softball and tearing a quadriceps tendon running down to first base.
What can we do to prevent injuries like this? Add some dynamic exercises into your weekly workouts such as plyometric jumps. Simple stuff like this can save you a lot of major problems down the road!
