Hello: they said on the call that Ian only accounted for $3million of costs, so... It was mostly Metromile and whatever they've been struggling with for a while now. But they have spoken about why they think loss ratio will trend down. As customers season, they become more valuable. Customers will start hitting the point in their 'vintage arcs' where they begin to become profitable. And that trend will continue until it smooths out in the "profitable" zone, I guess.
