My shaver stopped charging and there is no customer support. It was a little over a year old. Not the best customer service, but shaver works great.

Does it help the blades last longer if you use a shaving cream on your head, Remington say their blades are good for 6 months guaranteed, yours only last 3? i cant seem to find out what the differences are in your blades types, any help please?

I wuz super happy I got my man the gold 1 about 9mon ago.... i thought he be using it all the time but he don't so I asked him why not he said It is not a close enough shave.
His 10/20$ clippers cut closer.
I feel horrible did not get a gift that i wuz hopping for.
I try to figure out if there's a setting or something to adjust the blades.... is there not?
