Which PopSockets MagSafe Grip is better, the round PopSocket or the pill shaped PopSocket? Here's a review.

my biggest concern with the round one would be like you say, your ring+pinky rest on the phone, so it's not impossible to accidentally push the phone a bit too hard with ring+pinky fingers and push the magnet off, but with the pill shaped one you're always both holding and resting or 'pushing against' the popsocket, it would be much harder to one-handedly fidget your way into separating the phone from the popsocket

I'm just coming from an adhesive popsocket which I've been worried about the phone falling off when I hold just it by the popsocket (which i always do, between my two fingers with the phone facing out, so I can still fully pick stuff up with that hand). For 3x the price of a regular one I hope I'm not gonna find it too risky to trust as much as the adhesive one I've been using for years! But, I do need a new one anyway, I full-on ripped my old one off full force by accident and immediately dropped it so the adhesive is covered in dirt and is officially kaput, so at least I can justify buying a new one, may as well try the more functional one and hope it's as good. Would also be sick to finally be able to use magsafe accessories without taking my phone case off lmao

Can you rotate the pill shape one so that the grip is at the bottom? I'd assume that's the main point of it, so you can adjust the position of the grip

Which one has a stronger magnet though? Because doesn’t the pill shape have an extra magnet line at the bottom than the round one?

Do I have to take it off to charge it wirelessly or can I leave it on and put the wireless charger directly on the popsocket?

Do you feel though that the pill shape has a stronger “grip” because it uses the second magnet? I don’t mind what my fingers touch I just worry the phone detaching from the pop socket.
Also can you charge over the popsocket like other grips? Or do you just pull it off to charge ? (New to using MagSafe charge and accessories)

Why doesn't ANYBODY ever show the phone from the side??? How far out these things stick is critical as well. My most recent "discovery" is I had tried a black one and then returned for a cobalt blue one on sale and I truly think the blue one sticks out farther. I'm going to have to go to a store and see again a black one.

the pill shape has a function. It is easier to remove by gliding it off
