WOW, BLOWN AWAY HERE. I have a lifelong skin disease and am too obsessed with my skin problems and finding products that help is almost impossible so i have to spend way more time, energy and money on it than i wish i had to. Thank you so much for the reading! Pile 2 was bang on and I love the notes that you included! I was healthy eating for a year and dropped a bunch of weight and was feeling good - had an emotional time Nov/Dec and started consuming chocolate to self soothe. Now we’re in January and I feel physically terrible - brought me a huge realization of how I have self-sabotaged myself through life with my food choices when stressed. Pile 3 that's spot on. Stuck in a loop, feeling lost. However this limited beliefs aren't mine but my family and society's, who don't let me do whatever I want to do in regarding to my career or dreams. According to society, if we hit a certain age we should priorities marrying than focusing on our goals. Talking about number 8 for me that's the loop which affected me. However I also think that I should make decisions wisely so that later don't regret. I'm trying to heal and get out of this stuck and limiting energy. Ty!!
