Someone at Apple should be locked up for that iMessage crap. I put my Sim in another phone and I was not getting important messages and they want me to hunt down and work out how to turn off some crap to get messages. Why should I have to do that. On a positive note I always liked huawei stuff but they need to have more clarity on their product line up. A Normie would have no idea what their iPhone or galaxy S8 model is.

Not a bad looking phone, the specs are impressive and it is water resistant. Looking forward to your full review, and I hope you do show a video of not only the 4K performance but 1080 as well, maybe a comparison video showing the difference.

The screen protector is just a temporary plastic provided by Huawei till you get a good one for ur new phone, it is not oleophobic mate.

I got a Mate S and I don't like the emui interface as I prefer the stock android experience so I would suggest either the Google Now Launcher or Nexus Launcher

here`s a little tip which you may use when you remove the screen protectors from phones/tablets ect, place the screen protectors inside OR outside the items boxes, to the actual box, this DOES not mark the boxes in anyway, and makes it dead easy to reapply them idf your returning the items !

Hi Dave, I asked Huawei Mobile UK on Twitter earlier in the week about the Midnight Blue & Mocha Brown colour variants and they replied that only the Titanium Grey would be available in the UK.
I also checked with Carphone Warehouse, Vodafone and Three and they all confirm that the Titanium Grey will be the only colour that they will be selling in UK.
Really disappointing as all the reviews are obviously showcasing the Brown & Blue versions.

I don’t think that you will be able to resist long putting your SIM card in that Mate 10 to get the full experience. Now I’ve seen the Huawei, you don’t mind it’s blue shift but the iPhone’s blue shift offended you, could you explain being that there is basically no difference in the blue shift of the two phones as also the Samsung Phones, now the Pixel XL is noticeably worse. I do believe you will want to keep that Huawei, one of my friends has a Mate, great phone, I myself am a Apple user all the way but I can appreciate the good things other companies do. Healthy competition is good for us the consumer because that is what keeps driving things forward. Enjoy the Mate mate
