Milkweed: An incredible wild edible!!

I strongly advise boiling milkweed (Asclepias syriaca) in 2 changes of water.

Suggestion- be clear about the toxic properties of similar milkweed early on. Through most of the video, I thought the milkweed in my yard to attract butterflies was editable. Glad I stayed till the end.
