You're 8 Weeks Pregnant - You are now at the second month of your pregnancy! Know more about your baby’s development and how your body is changing at this point of your pregnancy journey.
You are now two months pregnant. Congratulations! Amazingly, your body is starting to adjust with the changes brought by pregnancy.
Your baby at the 8th week of pregnancy is as big as a raspberry. Your little one's body organs at developing continuously. Interestingly, your baby is starting develop its taste buds. Your baby can start to recognize certain foods in the next coming weeks. He/she might react to certain foods, for example, if you eat spicy foods, your baby might start to hiccup.
Most women have their first prenatal appointment at around this time. Your doctor may request an ultrasound and you'll be able to hear your baby's heartbeat throughout the procedure.
