Hello. I typically have a 28-day cycle and ovulate around day 14-18 of my cycle. It can be delayed due to stress or other factors. However, this time something unusual occurred. While fasting, around day 14 of my cycle when ovulation was expected, I experienced bleeding instead. Initially, I didn't think much of it and continued fasting for three more days. The bleeding, albeit lighter, persisted along with severe dehydration. Upon discontinuing fasting and hydrating, the bleeding stopped, and I ovulated on day 20 of my cycle. However, spotting resumed the next day after ovulation (1 dpo) and has continued until now, at 9 dpo, with stringy brown or red mucus. Despite being hydrated, it hasn't ceased. What might be the cause of this? Implantation bleeding ? Hormonal issues?

Had a feeling I conceived a few days ago which I thought was weird because I didn’t think I was supposed to ovulate for another week. In the morning I decided to test for ovulation and got a strong positive. Since then I’ve felt off and had a bit of cramping (not too unusual for me around ovulation) but I’ve also had some nausea and SO much heartburn. Obviously I’m not going to know for over a week, but it’s interesting that I’m having some symptoms right after ovulation. I talked to one of my friends who just found out she’s pregnant with her 3rd child and she said she’s experienced nausea and other symptoms *before* implantation
