Our final day on the island of Langkawi takes us to our first Bazaar Ramadan in Malaysia. A highly recommended visit by our viewers, this market did no disappoint with its sounds and smells. Along the way, we also visited the amazing Jeff who runs WOOFF Dog Sanctuary and met his 147 rescue dogs.

General tips on how to eat food in Malaysia:
1. if you see lime, squeeze it onto your food
2. if you see sambal (chili paste), take little by little in each scoop
3. most of the time you'll be given fork & spoon or chopstick & spoon, no knife.. sorry
4. sugar in drinks & dessert are always at the bottom. mix them first before drink
5. whenever you are wondering how to eat, mix everything!

The Malacca Strait is one of the busiest water ways in the world. Most of the ships using this Strait are the ones that are dumping tons of rubbish into the sea. Sometimes they even dump petroleum waste into the sea and these things get washed to the beautiful beaches of Malaysia.

Great video! We also stayed in Kuah, right next to the Legenda Park (on the new built estate next to the tower). Sylvie loved going to that little beach every morning to have her iced teh tarik there, it is never crowded like you said. We did not know about this dog charity. We really want to have a look for when we come back. Is the Ramadan market where the Kuah night market usually is? We went to this market many times for our tea. We loved it! So much yummy food :)
