How to revert to an earlier version of Office

In this video I will show you how to revert to an earlier version of Office. With the recent Microsoft Office updates, user has complained with a lot of changes specifically to Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

It's too complicated. How to undo updates on windows 11? min was all there but suddenly it all went from 2016 to windows 2003 after the office word updates. Any help is appreciated if anyone knows.
