In September of 2016, I was involved in a motorcycle wreck that altered the course of my life. I was told I may never walk without support again and may never use my hands correctly. Since then I've pushed to recover and am back to firefighting. I've been training and playing hockey again as of this past winter, hoping to play with the fire department hockey team. How does one do this and play the body without picking up a charging penalty? Is it just a matter of how you go into the guy after the full strides? Or that you have to go for the puck only at that point? I'd love to hear your thoughts! You've got great vids!

Dude: that's jargon, not coaching. Time and space are exactly the same thing. If you have space you have time to do things. If you have time you have the space to do things. "Time & space" is a harmful mutation in language originating in people who talk for a living but have no education in language: that is, sport announcers.
