Boys were always vaping in the restrooms at my kids' high school, impeding both my sons' ability to actually use it (everyone knew, complained, and nothing was done to stop it). My older son told administrators, and, subsequently, his life was threatened, books pushed off his desk, etc, by one of the vapers. I went to school IMMEDIATELY to file a complaint, and speak to the vice principal, to get a resolution. The VP told me the death threat my son received didn't constitute bullying, as was written in their policy, and DID NOTHING. She repeated again and again that another student telling my child "snitches get stitches" was NOT bullying, nor was approaching his desk and pushing his books to the floor. CAN YOU IMAGINE??

This is was at a high school in Scottsdale, Arizonal.
