How to stop stripping self tapping screws

Self tapping screws are used in many automotive interior trim components, electrical components, and just about anything that's made out of plastic and held together by screws. It's very easy to strip or break the plastic when reassembling those components. The easy trick that I describe in this video will prevent that from happening.
