Kielder Forest by Bike - 26 Miles around Kielder Reservoir HD

13.7.16 - Starting at Kielder Dam Wall Car Park heading anti-clockwise around the reservoir sticking to the cycle route. Stopping at Kielder castle half way for lunch. In total 26 mile right the way around the reservoir. A great chilled ride. A few hills at he start but nothing major. If you are looking for a nice route away from the norm i recommend this as it throws in a bit of everything and gets you away from everyone. As you can see from the video there was not many people about. Enjoy.

Went there yesterday, parked at the dam & did around 5 miles in my wheelchair. Now I can't get the idea out of my head of doing the full 26 miles in my chair. Your video gave me a clear view of the route & I reckon it's doable. I'll have to train & I plan to do it when the weather gets dryer, which should give me a few months to get in shape.
