My father is lactose intolerant and he avoids drinking milk, eating ice cream, and anything that has dairy in it. He wishes he could have dairy again because he loved milk and ice cream as a kid, but he sadly cannot have dairy. He also is like 37 almost 38 and he told me the more older you get and you are lactose intolerant the more it will hurt or something. Here he basically said if you are lactose intolerant and you grow more older the more it will hurt you're stomach. I think i might be lactose intolerant cause my stomach hurts after something with diary sometimes.
