@4.20.. that yellow drink is called badam milk..which consists of badam(almonds), milk cardamom and sugar and saffron (yellow colour)..
It can be drinked in 2 ways... hot and cold...

Visit the local microbreweries for some good beer. There is also a vineyard in Bengaluru I think but the major ones are in Nashik, Maharashtra

Try visiting Mysore if you get a chance. There are a lot of places that you can see there. Mysore palace, chamundi hills. Karanji lake, Mysore zoo and karanji lake are a few tourist spots there.
