The video is helpfull for revise purpose...but those who are new one, lack of concept, for them need more explaination & slow teaching...unless they can understand properly

The width of landing should be equal to the width of the flight. ( Minimum )
Also, i would recommend that you should design the staircase first and allocate space required as per floor height first... Would not recommend trying to "fit" in a staircase in a pre_defined space as mentioned in your video.
Also, the width of the flight is dependent on the building type. Development Control Regulations have to be referred to to check if the staircase is as per regulations.

Excuse me can you tell me when you get tread standard that say it shall not be less 220 mm, because I design stair that i should put 230 mm for tread, because that i want to prove that my tread is enough, and not small, that why i want to know where you get that standard that say it is ok minimum of tread 220 mm.

For length of flight u can't take 2.25 it's wrong it varies

U can't get the 4.5m by adding all the dimensions pls check once
